I advise against dismantling, as they haven't done anything wrong outside of roughhousing. But you'd need to unseat the owner of the school. Which Jinn already said. ... But it sounds like they're mostly an extreme boarding school at worst. As to the weird card. Bring it with you to me, I can try and help.
